Our Story
Emil Anderson Properties began with a vision to create something special in the Okanagan Valley. Following the purchase of Dilworth Mountain Estates in 1987, Gil Jacobs and Bob Hasell Sr. looked past the challenges of the landscape and saw an opportunity to create an extraordinary hillside community.
Today, that vision has evolved into a diverse real estate portfolio spanning lifestyle-inspired commercial hubs, flexible mixed-use spaces, industrial facilities, rental properties, and master-planned communities. Through it all, we remain dedicated to investing in the communities we are proud to call home.
