966 Crowley Avenue was developed to serve as a centralized, vertically integrated headquarters and mixed-use facility for the Emil Anderson Group, combining office, light industrial, and rental suite functions within a single, purpose-built building.
Located centrally in downtown Kelowna, the building addresses both organizational needs and regional housing demand. By integrating workspaces and rental suites under one roof, 966 Crowley Avenue represents a forward-thinking response to urban density, affordability, and mixed-use viability in the Okanagan Valley.

Community Design & Vision
This mixed-use space is the first of its kind in Kelowna and boasts over 55,000 SF. It features multiple boardrooms, meeting spaces, and a large kitchen to support over 60 employees, as well as two floors of industrial space for Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing. The top floor features six residential apartments equipped with full kitchens.
