The Eddy

Project Overview

The Eddy at the Bridge is a mixed-use commercial hub located along the Vedder River in Chilliwack. Developed through the Emil Anderson Group’s vertically integrated companies, the project brings together retail, recreation, and community-oriented businesses in a purpose-built environment connected to the Vedder River Rotary Trail.

Led by Gerry Enns Contracting, with civil works delivered by Emil Anderson Construction and long-term management by Emil Anderson Properties, The Eddy represents a collaborative approach to building community assets. The development includes built-to-suit commercial units, tenant improvements, and an underground parkade to support year-round access.

The Eddy has quickly become a prominent destination for local businesses and visitors, housing operators such as Sidekick Brewing, Project Climbing, Pacific Rivers Outfitting Company, Banter Ice Cream, and The Studio.
